Meet Archipelagrow
Meet the Founders
Jason was part of the founding team of CX and Comm Ops at a San Francisco startup, helping it grow from the ground up into a 40-person department. One of his most impactful projects was building the contractor and rider support arm, which highlighted the importance of keeping the contractor community healthy and engaged as a core part of operations. Over the years, he has written knowledge bases, managed teams, designed chatbot workflows, and led a fully remote support organization.
Ami began her career in the outsourcing industry, gaining significant experience before transitioning into the startup space as an operator. There, she led a diverse remote team while driving coaching initiatives, conducting performance reviews, in addition to building and implementing performance improvements that create an excellent experience for both team members and customers.
