FounderJason has built much of his career helping build customer support functions from scratch as part of internal startup teams in the U.S. His work has included designing how support teams are structured, how service is delivered, and how support operations evolve as a company grows.
Through Archipelagrow, Jason brings a practical operator mindset to helping startups build support functions that are structured, reliable, and easier to scale. His focus is on helping founders put the right systems in place early so support doesn’t become reactive, fragmented, or overly dependent on them.
